The Secret to Monetizing Your Social Media

Are you growing a robust community on social media pages? If you have over 1,000 followers on TikTok you’re able to have a link in bio. If you’re not utilizing that to your benefit, then, what’s the point? Make some coin, sis!

Let me show you how easy it is. First things first, think of your niche and think of what is most important to people in it. Let’s say your niche is social media management. Well, that’s an easy one, becasue there’s a lot of templatizing going on there.

Head to Canva and create some templates that will be useful to other social media managers and strategists. Once you’ve got tangible things created — you can now sell them, or offer them for free.

I recommend creating a funnel. What do I mean by that? Have items priced low or free, medium, and then more higher priced. I’ll break down some examples:

  • Low/Free: Templates, smaller guides (1-5 pages), discovery calls

  • Medium: eBooks, longer formed guides, or more robust templates

  • High: Services or goods that are more work to create

Once you have this — someone that grabs your templates is going to put some respect on your name and start to trust you more as a resource. They will more likely be inclined to buy your higher end products.

Take a look at how I have my store set up here:

I’m using Stan Store for the above, you can try it for 14 days for free here. How cool right? It’s super easy to setup and within minutes you can have a store and your first customer will come before you know it. Here’s a TikTok I made describing more of the process:

Here’s a fun way of integrating your store into your content:

So to recap, with your store you can:

  • Monetize your social media

  • Get valuable insights from your customers (I.e. email addresses, etc.)

  • Create a funnel (get people coming back for more products) and re-market to your customers for higher-end products

Good luck and have fun! Let me know what you’re selling first… I may buy something from ya!
